Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being received.

Delivery — United Kingdom We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched. Tracked options may be available at checkout.

Packaging Every fossil specimen is individually wrapped and packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care with fragile items.

Random Selection Items For products listed as "random selection" (such as our Shark Teeth Bulk Bags and Fish Vertebrae), the photographs shown are representative. You will receive specimens of equivalent quality and size to those pictured.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.
